According to the Restore Illinois Plan, festivals are not allowed to take place until we enter Phase 5.  The state of Illinois is currently in Phase 4, which allows for gatherings of 50 or less. Therefore, due to these state and local safety guidelines and permits not currently being issued, the carnival will not take place this year.

Statement from Department of Labor, Amusements Division:
“The Department is not inspecting Amusement Attractions due to the Governor’s guidelines for essential travel only.  This service can be provided if the specific attraction is approved to operate by DCEO. Currently, under Phase 3 and 4 no carnivals will be allowed to operate.”

2020 Roaring Pumpkins and All That Jazz to support local with Taste of the 20’s, dine local for theme foods.
